Active Life

Active Life: Explorer is a Nintendo Wii minigame collection played with the Active Life floor mat controller, used together with the Wii Remote. The activities are wrapped in an adventuring and exploration theme, sending you through jungle, ruin and outdoor settings where you step, stomp, run in place and jump on the mat to move and react. Each event is short and instruction-led, favouring physical movement over button inputs, which makes it suited to family play and shared sessions. Multiplayer options let more than one person take part, swapping in and out on the mat. As with the rest of the series, the mat peripheral is required to play as intended, so make sure you have one along with a Wii or Wii-compatible Wii U.
