Army Men Sarge’s Heroes – Sega Dreamcast Game

Army Men: Sarge’s Heroes on Dreamcast casts you as Sarge, a green plastic soldier fighting the Tan army through a mission-based third-person campaign. Stages alternate between toy-scale battlefields and oversized human locations, where kitchens, bathrooms, gardens and other everyday spaces become the terrain. You pick up weapons through each level, including firearms, grenades, bazookas, flamethrowers and mines, and objectives cover rescuing captured green troops, sabotaging enemy positions and pursuing Tan leadership. Vehicles and fixed weapons appear in some missions. Briefings between levels lay out goals and introduce the soldiers in Sarge’s unit. Alongside the campaign, the game offers multiplayer deathmatch on a split screen. The Dreamcast version presents the game with the console’s higher-resolution visuals.
