Band Hero – PS2 Game

Band Hero is a rhythm game in the Guitar Hero family, built around full-band play on PlayStation 2. Songs can be performed on lead guitar, bass, drums, or vocals, with notes scrolling down the screen toward a target line that you match using a guitar controller, drum kit, or microphone. Hitting long streaks builds a multiplier and charges a bonus meter that can be activated for extra points, while missed notes break your combo and drain the crowd’s patience. The setlist leans toward pop and mainstream rock rather than the heavier material found elsewhere in the series. Modes include solo career play, cooperative band performances with friends on separate instruments, and competitive options, along with difficulty settings that range from simplified note charts to patterns using the full fretboard.
