Biggest Loser Challenge – Wii Game

The Biggest Loser Challenge is a Wii fitness title tied to the weight-loss television series. Rather than a conventional game, it presents guided exercise sessions you follow on screen, covering cardio, strength and stretching movements performed in your living room. You create a profile, set goals and work through routines, with the Wii Remote used to track certain movements and keep count during exercises. Workouts are organised into programmes that build over multiple sessions, and the game keeps records of your activity so you can follow your progress over time. On-screen trainers demonstrate each move before you perform it, and sessions can be selected by focus area or length depending on how much time you have. Nutrition and lifestyle tips from the show’s format are folded into the menus alongside the exercise content.
