Blood Omen 2 – PS2 Game

Blood Omen 2 continues the Legacy of Kain series with a third-person action-adventure built around the vampire Kain. Waking weakened after a defeat, he sets out through the city of Meridian and the surrounding lands of Nosgoth to reclaim his strength and confront the Sarafan Lord and his order. Combat mixes sword strikes and blocking with feeding on enemies to restore health, and you can grab unaware foes for stealth kills or throw them into hazards. As you progress you gain Dark Gifts, vampire powers such as turning invisible, jumping to distant ledges or charming humans, which double as tools for reaching new areas and solving obstacles. Exploration is broken into linked chapters, with a heavy emphasis on story delivered through cutscenes and voiced dialogue.
