Call of Duty 3 – PS2 Game

Call of Duty 3 is a World War II first-person shooter set during the Allied campaign in Normandy and the push through northern France. The story moves between American, British, Canadian, Polish and French Resistance perspectives, so you change units and objectives as the campaign progresses. Missions mix infantry firefights with vehicle sections and defensive stands, and the game adds contextual actions such as close-quarters struggles and hands-on tasks like planting explosives. You fight with AI squadmates using period rifles, submachine guns, machine guns and grenades, taking cover and flanking through hedgerows, villages and farmland. The PlayStation 2 version includes multiplayer support in addition to the campaign. Presentation leans on cinematic scripting, radio chatter and heavy battlefield noise to drive each encounter forward.
