Daisy Fuentes Pilates – Wii Game

Daisy Fuentes Pilates is an exercise title for the Nintendo Wii built around mat-based Pilates rather than conventional gameplay. Sessions guide you through routines of controlled movements focused on core strength, posture and flexibility, with on-screen demonstration and instruction rather than scores or levels. Daisy Fuentes appears as the on-screen host and presenter. You follow along at home using the console’s controllers to select and move through workouts, and routines are grouped so you can pick shorter or longer sessions and repeat them over time. As with other Wii fitness releases, floor space and a mat are useful, and the emphasis is on repetition and form rather than competition. It suits players looking for a structured home workout program on the console instead of a game with objectives to complete.
