Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix – Gamecube Game

Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix brings the arrow-stepping rhythm format to the Nintendo GameCube with a Mario theme. You step on a four-panel dance pad in time with arrows scrolling up the screen, working through arranged versions of Nintendo music alongside other tracks. Alongside free play, there is a story mode in which Mario or Luigi travels across themed areas, taking on dance stages and boss encounters to recover the missing Music Keys. Stages break up the standard stepping with minigame-style variations that ask you to hit panels in different ways rather than simply follow the scrolling chart. Difficulty settings let younger or newer players use sparse patterns, while harder charts add more steps. Multiplayer modes let two players compete on separate pads.
