Dance Dance Revolution X – PS2 Game

Dance Dance Revolution X is a PlayStation 2 rhythm game in the Konami series, played on a four-panel dance pad. Arrows scroll up the screen in sync with the music and you step on the corresponding panels, with timing judged per step and a life gauge that empties if you miss too often. Tracks come with multiple difficulty charts, so the same song can be a simple introduction or a dense workout, and freeze arrows require holding a panel down. The soundtrack combines Konami dance originals with licensed music. Beyond standard play there are versus modes for two pads, workout modes that estimate exertion over a session, and speed and display modifiers for players chasing harder readings of the charts.
