Death by Degrees – PS2 Game

Death by Degrees is a third-person action game for PlayStation 2 built around Nina Williams, the assassin from the Tekken fighting series. You infiltrate a ship and other enemy strongholds, working through corridors and rooms while fighting guards in hand-to-hand combat. Alongside standard punches and kicks, the right analog stick is used to slash and cut with a blade, and grapples and counters let you disarm or disable opponents at close range. Nina can pick up firearms dropped by enemies and use them in limited fashion. Between fights you explore for keycards and other items, solve simple environmental obstacles, and take on boss encounters. Defeating enemies builds experience that goes toward strengthening Nina’s stats and expanding her move list as you progress through the story.
