Death Jr. 2 Root of Evil – PSP Game

Death Jr. 2: Root of Evil continues the PlayStation Portable action platformer series starring the son of the Grim Reaper. You guide DJ through levels that combine platform jumping with melee scythe combat and a range of firearms and gadgets that can be upgraded over the course of the game. The sequel expands on the original with additional playable characters, letting you switch to companions with their own abilities during certain sections. Stages are built around monsters, traps and boss fights, with collectibles hidden through the environments. The gothic cartoon art style and darkly comic tone of the first game carry over, with cutscenes advancing the story between levels. It is a single-player game designed for handheld play in level-sized chunks.
