Demolition Man – Sega CD Game

Based on the action film, Demolition Man on Sega CD casts you as John Spartan, a cop thawed out of cryogenic prison to hunt the criminal Simon Phoenix in a sanitized future city. Play moves through action stages where you shoot and fight your way past waves of enemies, with a mix of side-on platform combat and shooting sequences viewed from other angles. The Sega CD version makes use of the disc format for full-motion video segments and clips tied to the film’s story, along with a CD audio soundtrack, framing the levels as chapters in Spartan’s pursuit. Weapons are picked up along the way, and stages emphasize working through enemy groups toward an objective rather than exploration.
