Disney Sports Football – Gamecube Game

Disney Sports Football is an arcade-style American football game for the Nintendo GameCube starring Disney characters, with Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and other familiar faces filling out the rosters. Teams are built from these characters rather than real players, and matches keep the basic structure of the sport, calling plays and then running, passing and tackling, while simplifying the rules and speeding up the pace. Special moves and power-ups can be triggered during play to break tackles or push through the defensive line, giving matches a cartoon feel. There are single-player options against the computer and multiplayer for playing against a friend on the same console. Presentation uses bright stadiums and character animation aimed at a younger audience.
