Dr. Mario 64 – Nintendo 64 Game

Dr. Mario 64 brings Nintendo’s falling-block puzzle game to the Nintendo 64. You drop two-colour capsules into a bottle filled with coloured viruses, lining up four or more matching colours to clear them away while the stack creeps toward the top. Chain reactions let you wipe out large sections at once, and the speed and virus density increase as you push into higher levels. Alongside single-player play there is a story mode with cutscenes, plus versus modes where you compete against computer opponents or other players, sending garbage-style pressure across the screen with big clears. Options let you adjust falling speed and virus count to tune the difficulty. The presentation is simple and colourful, with the puzzle rules unchanged from earlier Dr. Mario releases.
