Final Fantasy – PSP Game

This PSP release is a rebuilt version of the original Final Fantasy, presenting the same quest with updated 2D artwork, redrawn character and monster sprites, and a widescreen presentation suited to the handheld’s display. You create a party of four adventurers by picking their classes, then explore an overworld of towns, dungeons and castles in a quest tied to the elemental crystals, fighting menu-based turn-based battles and buying spells for your mages. Later in the game your party can be promoted to stronger versions of their starting classes. The handheld version adds full-motion video sequences, an arranged soundtrack and extra optional dungeons with additional bosses beyond those of the original quest, along with in-game reference features such as a bestiary and gallery.
