Final Fantasy Fables Chocobo’s Dungeon – Wii Game

A dungeon-crawling role-playing game for the Wii starring Chocobo, the mascot bird of the Final Fantasy series. Chocobo arrives in a town where the residents have lost their memories, and you descend into randomly generated dungeons to help recover them. Movement and combat are turn-based on a grid: every step you take, enemies take a step too, so positioning and item use matter more than reflexes. You manage hunger, equipment and stock of items across each run, and losing a fight sends you out of the dungeon. A job system lets Chocobo change classes, unlocking different abilities and playstyles as you progress. Familiar series creatures, spells and summons appear throughout, presented in a soft, storybook art style aimed at a broad audience.
