Final Fantasy Origins – PS1 Game

Final Fantasy Origins collects updated versions of the first two Final Fantasy games on one PlayStation disc. Both are turn-based role-playing games in which you guide a party through overworld travel, towns, and dungeons, fighting monsters in menu-driven battles. The first game has you create a party from a set of character classes that can later be upgraded, while the second follows a defined cast and raises stats and skills based on how you use them in combat rather than through conventional level-ups. The collection adds redrawn visuals, arranged music, animated cutscenes, and in-game extras such as bestiaries and art galleries, along with save options and difficulty adjustments not present in the original releases. It is a straightforward way to play both early entries in the series on one system.
