Formula 1 98 – PS1 Game

Formula 1 98 is an officially licensed Grand Prix racing game for the PlayStation, based on the teams, drivers and circuits of the 1998 Formula One season. You can take part in single races, time trials or a full championship, running practice and qualifying sessions before each Grand Prix to set your place on the grid. Driving aids can be switched on or off to adjust how demanding the handling is, and race distances and weekend length can be shortened for quicker sessions. Pit stops, tyre choices and weather conditions affect strategy over longer races, and the game applies rules and penalties from the sport. Multiple camera views are available, including cockpit and behind-the-car perspectives, and a split-screen mode lets two players race against each other on the same console.
