Freekstyle – PS2 Game

Freekstyle is an arcade freestyle motocross game for the PlayStation 2. You pick a rider and bike, then compete on dirt courses laid out with large jumps, banked turns and uneven terrain. Races are won by combining fast lines with airborne tricks: pulling off stunts fills a boost meter you can spend to accelerate past rivals, so hunting for air time is part of the strategy rather than a distraction. Tricks are performed with direction and button combinations, and varying your moves scores more than repeating one. Freestyle events drop the racing entirely and score you on what you can perform within a time limit. Crashes cost speed and placement. Riders differ in handling and available trick sets, and courses run through varied outdoor settings.
