Gundam Battle Assault 2 – PS1 Game

Gundam Battle Assault 2 continues the series of 2D one-on-one fights between mobile suits. You pick a machine and duel on side-view stages, mixing beam rifles, missiles, bazookas and other ranged weapons with sabers and melee attacks, while using boosters and flight to close or open distance. The roster draws on multiple Gundam series, including suits and pilots from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing alongside earlier designs, and each machine has distinct reach, mobility and ammunition limits. Single-player play takes you through a run of opponents with story framing for the character you choose, and two players can fight head to head. Stages include cities, deserts and space, some with scenery that breaks apart during battle.
