Hugo The Evil Mirror – PS1 Game

Hugo: The Evil Mirror is a PlayStation entry in the European Hugo series, built around the troll character from the interactive television shows. Play follows the format the series is known for: you control Hugo from a behind-the-back view as he runs forward along winding paths, and you steer left and right, jump and duck to get past obstacles and gaps while collecting items along the way. Stages are short and reflex-based, and a mistake usually costs you a life and sends you back to try the run again. The presentation is bright and cartoonish, with the troll characters and fantasy settings carried over from the television format. It is a single-player game aimed at younger players, with simple controls and short sessions rather than long, complex levels.
