James Pond 2 Codename Robocod – Sega Genesis Game

James Pond 2: Codename RoboCod is a side-scrolling platformer in which the fish secret agent wears a robotic suit that lets him stretch his body upward to grab ledges, climb and reach high platforms. The setting is a toy factory and its themed areas, filled with sweets, toys, vehicles and other objects to collect, and the levels are large and branching, hiding doors and side routes that reward exploration. Enemies are dispatched by bouncing on them, and various pick-ups grant temporary boosts or alternative ways of moving through a stage. The visual style is bright and cartoonish, with a cheerful soundtrack to match. Dr. Maybe is the villain behind the operation. The Genesis version keeps the light-hearted tone and the emphasis on hunting for hidden items.
