Kingdom Under Fire Heroes – Xbox Game

A fantasy strategy and action hybrid for Xbox in the Kingdom Under Fire series. Battles put you in command of multiple squads such as infantry, cavalry, archers and monstrous units, which you order around the map from a tactical view. You can also drop directly into the fight as your commander and swing a weapon among the massed troops, switching between giving orders and fighting hand to hand. Formations, terrain and unit matchups matter, and troops gain experience between missions, letting you upgrade them and equip officers with new gear and skills. The campaign follows several commanders on opposing sides of a war between human kingdoms and the forces of darkness, each with their own missions and rosters of units.
