Knights in the Nightmare – PSP Game

Knights in the Nightmare is a strategy RPG that mixes grid-based tactics with real-time bullet dodging. You act as a disembodied wisp, moving a cursor around the battlefield while enemy projectiles fill the screen; touching them costs you resources, so weaving between shots is constant. Turns are timed. You drag the wisp onto allied souls to trigger their attacks, choosing between weapon types and law or chaos phases that change which units act well. Items and weapons have limited uses and are managed between battles, and party members are recruited from the dead. The story is told in fragmented scenes that gradually piece together events in a ruined kingdom, using detailed sprite art and portrait-driven dialogue. This PSP version includes added content over the earlier release.
