Knockout Kings 2002 – PS2 Game

Knockout Kings 2002 is a boxing game featuring licensed professional fighters. Matches take place in a 3D ring shown from a ringside camera, with controls for jabs, hooks, uppercuts and body shots, plus blocking, ducking, footwork and clinching to buy recovery time. Stamina management is central: wild flurries leave you open, while accumulated damage causes swelling and knockdowns judged by the referee’s count. Modes cover single exhibition bouts and a career in which you create a boxer, train between fights to develop attributes and fighting style, and work through ranked opponents toward title belts. Fighters are divided by weight class, and two players can face each other locally. The PlayStation 2 release uses detailed fighter models, arena crowds and commentary with corner sequences between rounds.
