Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 2 – PS2 Game

A third-person action adventure that continues Raziel’s pursuit of Kain through the history of Nosgoth. Using time-streaming chambers, Raziel travels between eras of the same land, revisiting familiar locations in different states and uncovering how the world’s fate was shaped. Raziel still shifts between the material and spectral planes for traversal and to survive, and he devours souls to restore himself. Combat is more elaborate than before, with weapons that can be picked up and dropped, and the Soul Reaver blade can be charged with elemental forces drawn from forges, each granting different powers used in both fighting and puzzle solving. Progression is largely linear, alternating exploration, switch and block puzzles, and enemy encounters with long, heavily voiced dialogue scenes between Raziel and the figures he meets.
