Legend of Legaia – PS1 Game

Legend of Legaia is a turn-based role-playing game for the PlayStation. A mist has spread across the world, corrupting the Seru creatures that people once used as tools and turning them hostile. You play as Vahn, Noa and Gala, three characters who bond with Ra-Seru and set out to restore the world. Combat sets it apart from many RPGs of its era: instead of picking a generic attack, you input directional commands for each character’s limbs, and specific sequences unlock named Arts that you keep permanently once discovered. Longer combos become available as characters grow, and summon-style Ra-Seru attacks and magic support the physical fighting. Between battles you explore towns and dungeons, buy equipment, and take on optional side content in a 3D world with pre-rendered environments and character models.
