Liberty or Death – Sega Genesis Game

Liberty or Death is a turn-based strategy game set during the American Revolutionary War. You take command of either the American colonial forces or the British, managing a campaign across the colonies rather than fighting a single scripted story. Play divides between administration and combat: you handle resources, recruitment, supplies, and the loyalties of the population between engagements, then resolve battles on tactical maps where terrain and troop type affect the outcome. Individual officers and generals have their own attributes and can be assigned to lead forces. Because the two sides have different strengths and objectives, the campaign plays out differently depending on which you choose. The pace is deliberate, with menu-driven decision making and numbers-heavy management typical of historical strategy games of this era.
