Little King’s Story – Wii Game

Little King’s Story is a strategy and simulation game for the Nintendo Wii. You play as Corobo, a boy who finds a crown and becomes king of a small, run-down kingdom. From the throne you head out into the surrounding countryside with a following of citizens, pointing them at tasks: digging up buried objects, breaking obstacles, fighting monsters and capturing new territory. Villagers can be assigned jobs such as soldier, carpenter or farmer, which changes what they can do in the field. Money and materials brought home fund new buildings, which in turn unlock further jobs and expand the town. Larger boss creatures rule neighbouring regions and must be defeated to grow the kingdom. The presentation uses a storybook art style and arrangements of classical music.
