Lord of the Rings Two Towers – PS2 Game

This PlayStation 2 action game adapts The Two Towers, letting you play as Aragorn, Legolas or Gimli through a series of third-person combat levels. Stages run from the Fellowship’s earlier travels through to the battle at Helm’s Deep, with fights against groups of orcs and larger enemies in corridors, open fields and fortress walls. You use light and heavy attacks, blocking, ranged weapons and special moves, and keeping a combo going without taking damage increases the experience you earn. Those points buy new attacks and abilities, and each character has a separate list to fill out. Film footage links the levels together, and levels contain optional objectives and unlockable content that reward replaying them. A fourth character becomes available after finishing the main campaign.
