Lost in Shadow – Wii Game

A puzzle-platformer for the Wii in which you control a boy’s shadow rather than the boy himself. The action takes place on the walls of a vast tower, and you climb by moving along the shadows cast by objects in the world. Solving each area means changing those shadows: shifting lamps and light sources, rotating and moving objects, and altering the environment so that new platforms and paths appear in silhouette. A companion figure helps you manipulate parts of the world you cannot reach yourself. Shadow creatures appear along the way and are dealt with using a sword. Presentation is muted and largely wordless, with the story told through the climb and the fragments you collect on the way up.
