Lost Kingdoms II – Gamecube Game

The sequel to the GameCube card-based action role-playing game, again centred on building a deck and using it as your only means of attack and defence. You explore stages in real time, playing cards to summon creatures, unleash spells and alter the battlefield, with each card spent as it is used and the run ending if your deck runs dry. Cards fall into elemental types, and enemies react differently depending on what you throw at them. Between missions you manage your collection, trading and transforming cards to build out new options, and some creatures can be captured to add to the deck. The campaign follows a new protagonist through a series of areas and boss encounters, with side quests and optional stages to revisit.
