Mario Superstar Baseball – Gamecube Game

Mario Superstar Baseball is a GameCube baseball game played with Mario series characters. You assemble a team around a captain and sidekicks, with chemistry between certain characters improving throws and hits when they are paired in the lineup or in the field. Batting, pitching and fielding use the controller’s buttons and stick, and each captain has a special ability that can be used a limited number of times per game. Stadiums are based on Mario settings and include their own hazards and boundaries that change how balls play off the field. Modes include exhibition games, a challenge mode in which you travel between areas playing matches and recruiting characters, and a selection of baseball minigames focused on individual skills such as hitting and base running. Multiplayer supports local play.
