Mazes of Fate – GBA Game

Mazes of Fate is a role-playing game for the Game Boy Advance built around first-person dungeon exploration. You guide a party of characters through corridors, caverns and towns, moving step by step through mazes while watching for traps, locked doors and switches. Combat is fought against enemies that appear ahead of you, using melee attacks, ranged weapons and spells drawn from your characters’ skills. Progress comes from gaining experience, upgrading abilities, and equipping the weapons and armour you find or buy. Between dungeons you talk to townspeople, pick up quests and stock up on supplies. The presentation leans on pre-rendered backdrops and portrait art, and the structure will feel familiar to anyone who has played older PC dungeon crawlers on a handheld screen.
