Medal of Honor Rising Sun – PS2 Game

Medal of Honor Rising Sun is a first-person shooter set in the Pacific theatre of the Second World War. You play as an American Marine whose campaign begins aboard a battleship during the attack on Pearl Harbor and continues through island and jungle fighting, with missions that include boat and gun-turret sequences alongside on-foot combat. Objectives mix straightforward assaults with infiltration and rescue work, and the story follows the character’s search for his brother, who is held prisoner. Weapons are drawn from the period, including rifles, submachine guns and mounted guns. The game supports two-player cooperative play through the campaign on a split screen, and uses an orchestral score, radio chatter and newsreel-style framing between missions.
