Naruto Clash of Ninja 2 – Gamecube Game

Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2 continues the GameCube arena fighting series, keeping the same basic structure of one-on-one matches in small 3D stages while expanding on the first game. Combat runs on light attack strings, throws, guarding and chakra-fuelled special techniques taken from the anime, with sidestepping used to move around opponents. The character roster is larger than in the previous entry and covers more of the series’ early story, and stages are again modelled on locations from the show. Modes include battles against the CPU and local multiplayer, so you can work through single-player challenges or play against friends on one console. Cel-shaded visuals and animated flourishes on big techniques keep the presentation close to the anime, and the controls remain simple enough to pick up quickly.
