NBA Live 2005 – PS2 Game

NBA Live 2005 is the PlayStation 2 version of EA Sports’ licensed basketball series, with NBA teams, players and arenas. Freestyle Control puts dribble moves, crossovers and post play on the analog stick, and the game includes All-Star Weekend events such as a slam dunk contest in addition to regular five-on-five games. Dynasty mode covers multi-season franchise management, including the draft, trades and player development, while exhibition, season and playoff modes handle shorter sessions. Player ratings govern shooting range, defense, rebounding and athleticism, and NBA rules including fouls, free throws and the shot clock are simulated. Broadcast-style presentation includes play-by-play commentary, arena crowd audio and a licensed soundtrack. Two controllers allow head-to-head or co-operative play on one console.
