Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 – PS2 Game

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 on PlayStation 2 is a racing game built around licensed exotic and sports cars on long road courses set along coastlines, through forests and across mountain passes. In pursuit events, police cars chase you with roadblocks, spike strips and helicopter support while you try to finish the route or escape. You can also race without police for pure competition, and take the police role in dedicated events, ramming and cornering racers to end their runs. Handling is arcade-oriented, with heavy use of nitrous, drifting through wide corners and dodging civilian traffic. The PlayStation 2 release differs in content and presentation from the versions on other consoles, including its event structure. Split-screen racing for two players is included.
