NFL Blitz 2003 – Gamecube Game

NFL Blitz 2003 is an entry in the arcade football series for GameCube, built on short fields, small squads and drives that move in a hurry. First downs require more yardage than in standard football, so deep throws and turbo-assisted runs drive most scoring, and tackling is heavy and exaggerated. You select plays from a compact icon menu, can audible before the snap, and spend a refilling turbo meter on both sides of the ball. Hot players can go on fire for a temporary boost. NFL teams, players and stadiums appear with loud commentary and crowd audio. Modes include exhibition matches, season-style play and multiplayer on one console, making it suited to both solo schedules and short competitive sessions with friends in the same room.
