NFL Head Coach – Xbox Game

NFL Head Coach is a football management game in which you run an NFL team from the sideline instead of controlling players on the field. You take a coaching position, hire and manage a staff, run practices, scout and draft prospects, work the free agent market, and build a depth chart suited to your scheme. Each week you prepare a game plan for the upcoming opponent, then watch the game unfold while calling plays, making substitutions, using timeouts and challenging calls. Player fatigue, morale and development all factor into decisions across a season, and the front office evaluates your performance, so keeping the job is part of the challenge. The game features licensed NFL teams and players, with the emphasis on strategy and roster building over multiple seasons.
