Ninja Gaiden Black – Xbox Game

Ninja Gaiden Black is an expanded version of the Xbox action game, again casting you as the ninja Ryu Hayabusa on a hunt for a stolen sword. Combat centres on chaining sword strikes, blocking, dodging and throws such as the Izuna Drop against enemies that attack in coordinated groups, backed by secondary weapons, projectiles and ninpo magic. Between fights you climb and run along walls, explore connected areas, and spend money at shops on healing items and weapon upgrades. This release adds new difficulty settings at both the easier and harder ends, adjusts enemy placement and encounters, and includes a large set of Mission Mode challenges built around fighting fixed waves of enemies for a ranking. The original arcade Ninja Gaiden games can also be unlocked and played.
