Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath – Xbox Game

Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath is an action game for the original Xbox set in a frontier-flavoured corner of the Oddworld universe. You play as Stranger, a bounty hunter who tracks down wanted outlaws to collect the money on their heads. Play shifts between a third-person view for exploring, running and melee, and a first-person view for aiming your double-barrelled crossbow. Instead of conventional bullets, the crossbow fires live creatures you catch in the world, each with a different effect: some stun, some distract, some deal direct damage. Bounties can be brought in alive for a larger payout or killed for less, which shapes how you approach each encounter. Between hunts you visit frontier towns to buy upgrades and take on new contracts as the story develops.
