Phantom Crash – Xbox Game

Phantom Crash is a mech combat game for the original Xbox. You pilot a lightweight bipedal machine, called an SV, in arena battles staged around ruined urban environments, fighting rival pilots for money that funds new parts. Customisation covers the chassis, weapons, boosters and optional equipment, letting you balance armour, speed and firepower to suit your style. An optical camouflage system lets you turn temporarily invisible to reposition or escape fire, which shapes much of the moment-to-moment tactics alongside boosting and cover use. Between matches you visit a garage and shop to buy, sell and fit components, and pilot characters appear in dialogue that frames the underground fighting circuit. Matches are short and focused on manoeuvring, with an emphasis on hit-and-run play over sustained slugging.
