Pokemon Y – Nintendo 3DS Game

The companion release to Pokemon X for Nintendo 3DS, set in the Kalos region and built with 3D graphics for both exploration and battles. You pick a starter, travel through Kalos challenging gym leaders on the way to the Pokemon League, and cross paths with Team Flare. Mega Evolution allows certain Pokemon to change form during battle for a temporary power boost, and the newly added Fairy type reshapes existing type matchups. Pokemon-Amie lets you pet and play with your team, Super Training provides minigames for raising stats, and the Player Search System handles trades and online battles. Yveltal is the Legendary Pokemon tied to this version, and a handful of obtainable Pokemon and Mega Stones differ from Pokemon X.
