Prince of Persia Sands of Time – PS2 Game

This PlayStation 2 release of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time follows a prince who releases the Sands of Time from an hourglass, transforming a palace and its people into sand creatures. Play alternates between acrobatic navigation and swordplay. You wall-run, vault, climb, swing from poles and time jumps through rooms filled with spikes, blades and crumbling platforms, while enemies are fought with a sword and finished off with the Dagger of Time so they cannot rise again. The dagger stores sand that powers time abilities, including rewinding a few seconds to undo a fatal mistake, slowing time and freezing foes in place. Farah, an ally met along the way, fights with a bow and helps solve some environmental puzzles. The Prince narrates the events as they unfold.
