Ready 2 Rumble Boxing Round 2 – PS2 Game

Ready 2 Rumble Boxing: Round 2 is an arcade-style boxing game for PlayStation 2. Rather than aiming for simulation, it uses exaggerated fighters, quick footwork and over-the-top knockout animations. You jab, hook and block while filling a Rumble meter through successful punches and combinations; once it is charged, you can unleash a flurry of special blows that can end a round quickly. Modes include one-off exhibition bouts, multiplayer matches and a career path where you train your boxer’s attributes between fights and work up through the ranks. Training exercises raise stats such as power, stamina and speed. The roster mixes cartoonish original characters with distinct fighting styles and reach, and the presentation leans on announcer commentary and crowd noise to give bouts a showy, tongue-in-cheek tone.
