Red Faction II – PS2 Game

Red Faction II is a first-person shooter set after the events of the original Red Faction. You play as Alias, a demolitions expert and one of a squad of nanotech-enhanced soldiers who turn against the regime they were built to serve. Missions move through city streets, tunnels and military installations, with squadmates who fight alongside you and offer support in combat. The Geo-Mod system returns, letting you blow holes in many walls and structures rather than following only the paths laid out for you. Your arsenal covers pistols, rifles, explosives and heavier weapons, and some sequences put you behind mounted guns or vehicles. Alongside the story campaign there are multiplayer modes playable on a single console with split-screen, including deathmatch-style matches and objective variants.
