Ridge Racer Revolution – PS1 Game

Ridge Racer Revolution continues the arcade racing series on PlayStation. Handling is built around power sliding: you lift or tap the brake entering a bend, let the back end swing out, and steer through the corner without losing speed. Courses wind through coastal roads, tunnels and city stretches, with longer and more technical layouts than a typical short arcade circuit, and races are run against a pack of AI cars you work your way past over several laps. Selectable cars vary in grip and top speed, and additional machines become available through play. The game also supports linked two-player racing between two consoles. Presentation includes a dance and techno-leaning soundtrack and the series’ announcer-driven, coin-op inspired menus.
