Scooby-Doo Mystery – Sega Genesis Game

Scooby-Doo Mystery on the Sega Genesis is an adventure game in which you take on cases in the style of the cartoon. Playing as Shaggy with Scooby in tow, you move through side-on rooms in haunted buildings, searching scenery, collecting items and using them to open new paths. Conversations with suspects and bystanders supply clues, and each case builds toward identifying the culprit behind the haunting. Ghosts and monsters roam the halls as hazards to dodge rather than opponents to defeat, so timing and route planning matter as much as puzzle solving. An inventory screen holds the objects you find for use elsewhere. Digitised character art and sound clips from the series carry the presentation.
