Sea-Doo Hydrocross – PS1 Game

Sea-Doo Hydrocross is a personal watercraft racing game for the original PlayStation, built around the licensed Sea-Doo brand of jet skis. You race across water courses, steering a rider and craft through buoy-marked circuits while contending with waves, wakes, and the handling quirks of riding on water rather than road. Taking jumps and airtime is part of the experience, and holding a clean racing line through turns matters because momentum is easily lost. The game includes competitive events against rival riders and lets you select from watercraft models and courses. Presentation is typical of late-generation PS1 3D racers, with polygonal environments and a music-driven soundtrack. It sits in the same niche as other water-based racers of the period, offering arcade-style competition rather than detailed simulation.
